Bryan Pairsh is a graduate of the University of Texas
at Austin with a BS degree in Hydro-geology. While working
at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ),
Bryan served on the Deputy Directors Professional Geoscientist
Advisory Board, represented the Commission at public meetings
and provided technical expertise and geologic support
to management, governmental agencies and the public. Bryan
also provided Groundwater Impact Evaluations, Environmental
Impact Statements, and Enforcement Remediation actions
for groundwater contaminated sites under the Texas Risk
Reduction Program, Superfund sites, and the Voluntary
Cleanup Program. Bryan also has over 10 years of experience
in both industrial and residential construction. Bryan
Pairsh knows how to keep your site in compliance and manage
risks with local, state and federal entities. |

Derek
Einkauf, CEI (Vice President, Project Management)
Derek Einkauf is our resident Aggie with a BS degree in
Construction Science, but we don't hold that against him.
Derek has spent the last fifteen years managing every
facet of construction and engineering including residential,
utility, and industrial. As project engineer for multi-million
dollar industrial projects, his responsibilities ranged
from drawing approval to employee development to design
and implementation of a site specific safety program to
meet client requirements. He has designed and managed
every aspect of utility construction for master planned
development while maintaining compliance with OSHA, TNRCC,
PUC, NEC, Texas Railroad Commission, and local codes.
Mr. Einkauf is a man who understands that your job depends
on getting the right people the right training to get
the job done on time. He'll help get you there. |

Richard
Allen (Vice President, Occupational Health and Safety)
Mr. Allen has over 16 years experience in the Environmental
Health and Construction Safety field. His background ranges
from site safety to Corporate Manager of Safety and Personnel.
Richard spent 9 years in the field managing safety for
jobs as large as 400 men. He was responsible for all records,
audits and training of new employees. Richard spent the
next 6 years as Corporate Manager of Safety and Personnel
for a 20 million dollar a year construction company. Besides
safety, his duties included managing all workers compensation
claims, requirements for labor law and record keeping
as well as loss control/ loss prevention. Mr. Allen is
also a long time member of the "National Association
of Safety Professionals". |

Donald
Pairsh (Vice President, Operations - Construction)
Mr. Pairsh is a 1968 University of Texas Engineering
graduate, who has spent nearly 40 years in the Construction
Industry. As a Project Manager, Donald has successfully
completed projects all around the globe. He has managed
divisions of multi-million dollar corporations and has
his own consulting firm. He was the Vice-President in
charge of Quality Control and Safety for over 5 years
for a company that never had a serious injury during his
time there. We feel honored to have Mr. Pairsh on-board
and find him invaluable, we think you will too. |
